A state-certified mountain guide since 2019, I decided to make it my full-time profession in May 2024. After nearly 20 years working for the Ministry of Sports, most recently as a trainer at the National Center for Nordic Skiing and Mid-Mountain Activities (CNSNMM) – the national school that trains future mountain guides – I decided to turn the page and devote myself fully to my passion: the mountains.

Today, I make a living from what drives me deeply: passing on, sharing, and putting my teaching skills to good use. Whether with children around nature activities or with adults (because we all remain a little bit like big kids!), I like to use fun materials and, as much as possible, games to make the magnificent landscapes of our mountains accessible and alive.

I am committed to helping you discover the flora and fauna and their incredible adaptations to the constraints of high mountains, as well as geomorphology, by giving you the keys to understanding how the landscape was formed. Finally, I explain the impact of climate change on mountain ecosystems.

Trained in coaching, mental preparation, and other approaches such as Nonviolent Communication and Experiential Learning Pedagogy, I create immersive trips that combine hiking, camping, and personal development (To Be’vouac trip) or human development for teams.

At your Hotel in Chamonix, at 8 o’clock, Friday september the 4th.
Dispersion Sunday september the 13th at 17 o’clock.

This trek is classified as “challenging” due to the rocky terrain, the altitude and the, duration. The kilometers and altitude differences remain accessible to all good walkers.
This trek is for hikers with experience of walking for several days. It is therefore desirable to have experience of trekking for several consecutive days. The altitude, a few long days (hours and elevation changes), the uneven terrain, the nights in refuges are factors requiring a good knowledge of one’s physical and, even more, of one’s mental state. It is also important to have a team spirit.

.

Luggage will be transported by taxi. You will only carry one bag containing your daily essentials and the lunch provided. We ask that you have one piece of luggage per person that is weighing no more than 15kg.

Luggage must be soft-sided (no suitcases). It must not contain any valuable, fragile, or prohibited items. Also prohibited are identity papers, medications, food, and drinks. We accept no liability for damage to any fragile items (e.g., laptops).

Out of respect for the people transporting your luggage, please remember that you are in the mountains, that the areas surrounding the accommodations may be difficult (stairs, snow or ice in winter, etc.), that space in vehicles is limited, and that you may have to travel several hundred meters between the vehicle and the accommodation. With a little practice, your luggage should not exceed 12 kg.

Your guide will give you practical advice on how to reduce the weight of your transfer bag while ensuring your comfort.

Tipping is at your discretion. Note that locals often see it as a sign of thanks for the little touches they have given you during your stay.

The guides reserve the right, for safety reasons, to refuse access to certain activities if the equipment used by the participant is not suitable.

Passport & Visa : please check with your local authorities, rules can change.

Bank: Contact your bank to inform them of your trip to Europe so that they do not block your bank card in the event of a withdrawal there.
